Thoughts and musings on anything sports, politics, theology, music, literature, hunting, and fishing
through the rantings of a madman still trying to figure-out why striped bass fishing tactics won't work on Chinook salmon.

Weekend Earworm: 05/18/2013
This song may be as light and fluffy as fat-free marshmallow; however, I've always loved it and the lyrics have always struck-home with regards to a couple of precious people in my life as they take two steps one way; a step opposite; get stalled or feel that they're stuck in the mud, all 4 wheels needlessly spinning, with everyone else looking on, laughing.
It's a tough, bumpy road for all of us. What counts is that we hold our heads high and keep pushing forward.
Hey, don't write yourself off yet
It's only in your head you feel left out or looked down on.
Just try your best, try everything you can.
And don't you worry what they tell themselves when you're away.
